Neck and back pain can affect posture, movement and day-to-day function. Symptoms may appear suddenly or build up over time due to strain or underlying issues.
Common Symptoms:
- Pain during sitting, lifting, twisting or long-standing
- Stiffness & reduced range of motion
- Muscle tightness or spasms
- Pain radiating to arms, buttocks or legs
- Headaches linked to neck tension
- Numbness/tingling in arms or legs (in nerve-related cases)
If symptoms become persistent, sharp, or start affecting sleep and daily movement, timely physiotherapy assessment is recommended.
